Welcome to SOUND IN THE CITY – a series of three soothing sound baths to relax and restore you over the Summer months. I don’t know about you, but when there’s a ‘stretch in the evenings’ I often struggle to unwind and sleep properly as my body and mind can be ‘wired but tired’ and buzzing to stay awake!
These Friday evenings of ‘Simply Sound’ can help lighten the load at the end of a busy week and ease you into the weekend feeling less ‘wired’ and quietly energised.
WHAT TO EXPECT: We’ll spend around 10 mins at the start “arriving” with breathwork and gentle movement, you’ll spend around 45 mins lying down (or seated if you wish) for the Sound Bath then I’ll guide a very short closing mediation to finish off our evening. Places are strictly limited to TEN PLACES PER SESSION and pre-booking is essential. Everyone welcome** and no experience necessary.

WHERE: 17 Bridge Street – 1st Floor Therapy Rooms, Cork City, T23 K6HT. Located at the Patrick St end of MacCurtain St, on the corner next to a pharmacy and directly opposite Coffee Roasters cafe / Vibes & Scribes / Gallaghers Bar.
COST: €20pp per session
WHAT TO BRING / WEAR: Pls bring a blanket and cushion if you have them (I have a few spares). A bottle of water is handy too. And pls wear comfy / stretchy clothes / layers that. you can lie-down in easily. Even bed-socks!
