Hello! I’m Michelle and I’m delighted to welcome you to Embody Harmony! I’d love to tell you more about how my many years training and wide experience in Craniosacral Therapy Massage Therapy, Sound Therapy & Sound Baths, Tai Chi & Meditation and Workplace Wellness can help you relax and reduce stress and the negative effects on your mental, physical and emotional health, general wellbeing and, ultimately, your daily life.
