During our weekend\, the majority of movements will be fairly gentle and I will talk you through every step. However\, you wil l need to be aware of the limits of your body on any particular day and ad just movements accordingly. If you have incurred an injury or surgery I re commend that you do not take part in this event until 3 months afterwards.
