 ) for this short Summer series of TAI CHI &amp\; MEDITATION CLASSES in Cor
 k and enjoy improved sleep\, less stress and more energy!\n\nWHEN: Wednesd
 ay evenings 7-8.15pm from 27th May 2026 x4 weeks\n\nNB. This is a short se
 ries ending 17th June before the Summer break (class sessions are normally
  6 or 8 weeks).\n\nWHERE: Bru Columbanus in Wilton (next to shopping centr
 e / opposite SMA / close to the Wilton Bar)\n\nCOST: €60pp including her
 bal tea - payable before week (1)\n\nEverybody welcome - including newbies

 added)\n\n&nbsp\;\n\nWHAT TO EXPECT:\n\nWe use flowing movements to releas
 e tension and ‘smooth out the edges’ of your daily life. Helping you r
 elax\, balance and align your busy body and manic mind – bringing about 
 a sense of wellbeing\, helping you to develop an ability to slowww dowwwwn
  and integrate “less thinking - more living” into your daily life - so
 me much needed breathing space in a hectic\, modern world. For more inform

 - please click HERE.\n\nMy classes combine a number of different elements 
 that leave you feeing quietly energised -\n\n 	Breathwork to allow you to 
 ‘arrive’\, tune-in to yourself and start to slow down\n 	Gentle but in
 vigorating warm-up exercises\n 	Chi Kung movements (also spelled Qi Gong) 
 - simple routines that open up the channels within the body ‘Meridians
 ’ and allow the Chi to flow\, giving a boost to your whole system.\n 	In
 finite Tai Chi - slow\, graceful flowing movements - often called a ‘mov
 ing meditation’\n 	Guided meditation to close (approx 15 mins) - Seated 
 or lying down\, I will guide you through a relaxing meditation to help you
  integrate the practice and set an intention for the following week betwee
 n classes.\n 	Tea break - we have a short break (5-10 mins) usually after 
 the Chi Kung\, where you can have water or herbal tea\, ask me any questio
 ns and chat to fellow participants.\n\nWHAT TO BRING:\n\nPls bring a yoga 
 mat\, blanket and cushion if you have them (I have a few spares). A bottle
  of water is handy too. And pls wear comfy / stretchy clothes you can move
  in easily.\n\n&nbsp\;\n\nT&amp\;C’s of booking:\n\n 	All bookings are n
 on-refundable.\n 	If you are unable to attend but have someone else who wo
 uld like to take your place then your booking can be transferred to them\n
  	No part-refunds will be given if you are unable to attend some of the cl

 : PHYSICAL EXERCISE – I have been teaching since 2010 and your safety\, 
 comfort and wellbeing is always my primary concern. During our classes\, t
 he majority of movements will be fairly gentle and are suitable to people 
 of all ages\, shapes and sizes and levels of fitness. I will talk you thro
 ugh every step. However\, you will need to be aware of the limits of your 
 own body on any particular day and adjust movements accordingly. If you ha
 ve incurred an injury or surgery I recommend that you do not take part in 
 this event until at least 3 months afterwards. Please be mindful of your o
 wn physical limits and abilities when taking up any new form of exercise a
 nd during the classes ensure you stop immediately if any movements cause p
