  use flowing movements to release tension and ‘smooth out the edges’ o
 f your daily life. Helping you relax\, balance and align your busy body an
 d manic mind – bringing about a sense of wellbeing\, helping you to deve
 lop an ability to slowww dowwwwn and integrate “less thinking - more liv
 ing” into your daily life - some much needed breathing space in a hectic

  a number of different elements that leave you feeing quietly energised -\
 n\n 	Breathwork to allow you to ‘arrive’\, tune-in to yourself and sta
 rt to slow down\n 	Gentle but invigorating warm-up exercises\n 	Chi Kung m
 ovements (also spelled Qi Gong) - simple routines that open up the channel
 s within the body ‘Meridians’ and allow the Chi to flow\, giving a boo
 st to your whole system.\n 	Infinite Tai Chi - slow\, graceful flowing mov
 ements - often called a ‘moving meditation’\n 	Guided meditation to cl
 ose (approx 15 mins) - Seated or lying down\, I will guide you through a r
 elaxing meditation to help you integrate the practice and set an intention
  for the following week between classes.\n 	Tea break - we have a short br
 eak (5-10 mins) usually after the Chi Kung\, where you can have water or h
 erbal tea\, ask me any questions and chat to fellow participants.\n\nWHAT 
 TO BRING:\n\nPls bring a yoga mat\, blanket and cushion if you have them (
 I have a few spares). A bottle of water is handy too. And pls wear comfy /
  stretchy clothes you can move in easily.\n\n&nbsp\;\n\n&nbsp\;\n\nT&amp\;

 le to attend but have someone else who would like to take your place then 
 your booking can be transferred to them\n 	No part-refunds will be given i
 f you are unable to attend some of the classes in the series\n 	By signing
  up for my event you agree to subscribe to my monthly email newsletter. As
  a highly valued client I wish to keep you updated on retreats\, classes\,
  events and offers. I send no more than one email per month and you can un
 subscribe at any time.\n\n&nbsp\;\n\n 	RE: PHYSICAL EXERCISE – I have be
 en teaching since 2010 and your safety\, comfort and wellbeing is always m
 y primary concern. During our classes\, the majority of movements will be 
 fairly gentle and are suitable to people of all ages\, shapes and sizes an
 d levels of fitness. I will talk you through every step. However\, you wil
 l need to be aware of the limits of your own body on any particular day an
 d adjust movements accordingly. If you have incurred an injury or surgery 
 I recommend that you do not take part in this event until at least 3 month
 s afterwards. Please be mindful of your own physical limits and abilities 
 when taking up any new form of exercise and during the classes ensure you 
 stop immediately if any movements cause pain\, dizziness or discomfort. Fe
