 Join me for TAI CHI &amp\; MEDITATION CLASSES in Cork this Autumn and enjo
 y improved sleep\, less stress and more energy!\n\nWHEN: Wednesday evening

 ovements to release tension and ‘smooth out the edges’ of your daily l
 ife. Helping you relax\, balance and align your busy body and manic mind 
 – bringing about a sense of wellbeing\, helping you to develop an abilit
 y to slowww dowwwwn and integrate “less thinking - more living” into y
 our daily life - some much needed breathing space in a hectic\, modern wor

 different elements that leave you feeing quietly energised -\n\n 	Breathwo
 rk to allow you to ‘arrive’\, tune-in to yourself and start to slow do
 wn\n 	Gentle but invigorating warm-up exercises\n 	Chi Kung movements (als
 o spelled Qi Gong) - simple routines that open up the channels within the 
 body ‘Meridians’ and allow the Chi to flow\, giving a boost to your wh
 ole system.\n 	Infinite Tai Chi - slow\, graceful flowing movements - ofte
 n called a ‘moving meditation’\n 	Guided meditation to close (approx 1
 5 mins) - Seated or lying down\, I will guide you through a relaxing medit
 ation to help you integrate the practice and set an intention for the foll
 owing week between classes.\n 	Tea break - we have a short break (5-10 min
 s) usually after the Chi Kung\, where you can have water or herbal tea\, a
 sk me any questions and chat to fellow participants.\n\nWHAT TO BRING:\n\n
 Pls bring a yoga mat\, blanket and cushion if you have them (I have a few 
 spares). A bottle of water is handy too. And pls wear comfy / stretchy clo
 thes you can move in easily.\n\nT&amp\;C’s of booking:\n\n 	All bookings
  are non-refundable.\n 	If you are unable to attend but have someone else 
 who would like to take your place then your booking can be transferred to 
 them\n 	No part-refunds will be given if you are unable to attend some of

 CAL EXERCISE – I have been teaching since 2010 and your safety\, comfort
  and wellbeing is always my primary concern. During our classes\, the majo
 rity of movements will be fairly gentle and are suitable to people of all 
 ages\, shapes and sizes and levels of fitness. I will talk you through eve
 ry step. However\, you will need to be aware of the limits of your own bod
 y on any particular day and adjust movements accordingly. If you have incu
 rred an injury or surgery I recommend that you do not take part in this ev
 ent until at least 3 months afterwards. Please be mindful of your own phys
 ical limits and abilities when taking up any new form of exercise and duri
 ng the classes ensure you stop immediately if any movements cause pain\, d
