DESCRIPTION:&nbsp\;\n\nJust another Manic Monday??………..WELCOME! to th
 is series of three relaxing Sunday sound baths. \n\nThese Winter warmers a
 re designed to soothe and sustain you through the chilly\, shorter days an
 d darker evenings! These sessions can help lighten the load on your body a
 nd mind while easing you into the busy week ahead - giving you more energy
 \, improved sleep and leave you feeling quietly energised.\nWHAT TO EXPECT
 : We’ll spend around 20 mins at the start “arriving” with breathwork
  and gentle movement to release tension and ensure you are as comfortable 
 as possible for the Sound Bath. You’ll spend around 45 mins lying down (
 or seated if you wish) for the Sound Bath - soaking up the soothing sounds
 . Then I’ll guide a short closing mediation. \nPlaces are limited and p
 re-booking is essential. Everyone welcome** and no experience necessary. F

  and cushion if you have them (I have a few spares). A bottle of water is 
 handy too. And pls wear comfy / stretchy clothes / layers that. you can li
 e-down in easily. Even bed-socks! I have at least one yoga mat for you to 
 lie on but if you’d like more comfort pls feel free to bring another mat
 \, a sleeping bag\, seat-cushions or similar for lying on.\n\nT&amp\;C’s
  of booking -\n\n 	All bookings are non-refundable and cannot be transferr
 ed to another date. However\, I may be able to transfer your place to anot
 her date if the event you have booked is fully booked with a cancellation 
 list - meaning I can offer your place to someone else.\n 	If you are unabl
