These sessions can help lighten the load on your body and mi nd while easing you into the busy week ahead - giving you more energy\, im proved sleep and leave you feeling quietly energised. Price includes a FRE E EYE MASK for total relaxation 😴\n\n\n\nWHAT TO EXPECT: We’ll spend around 15-20 mins at the start “arriving” with breathwork and gentle m ovement to release tension and ensure you are as comfortable as possible f or the Sound Bath. You’ll spend around 45 mins lying down (or seated if you wish) for the Sound Bath - soaking up the soothing sounds. Pls also bring whatever else you need for ma ximum comfort such as a cushion/ pillow and a blanket/ sleeping bag (I hav e some spare blankets) for your head and/or to go under your knees etc. Pl us an extra yoga mat / camping mat or similar for extra padding when lying down if you have them. A water bottle is handy too. NB. Lying down is ide al but you can always sit in a chair if you wish.\n\nAn eye mask is provid ed for those who would like one and you can take it home with you. If you ’ve attended before it would be great if you could bring your eye mask t o re-use.\nPls wear comfy clothing you can move and lie comfortably in. Yo u might even want to bring bed-socks!\n\n\n\nT&\;C’s of booking -\n\n All bookings are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another dat e.
