These sessio ns can help lighten the load on your body and mind while easing you into t he busy week ahead - giving you more energy\, improved sleep and leave you feeling quietly energised. Price includes a FREE EYE MASK for total relax ation!\n\n\n\nWHAT TO EXPECT: We’ll spend around 20 mins at the start “arriving” with breathwork and gentle movement to release tension and ensure you are as comfortable as possible for the Sound Bath. You’ll spe nd around 45 mins lying down (or seated if you wish) for the Sound Bath - soaking up the soothing sounds. A bottle of water is handy too. And pls wear comfy / stretchy clothes / layers that. you ca n lie-down in easily. Even bed-socks! I have at least one yoga mat for you to lie on but if you’d like more comfort pls feel free to bring another mat\, a sleeping bag\, seat-cushions or similar for lying on. An eye mask is provided for those who would like one. If you’ve attended before it wold be great if you could bring your eye mask to re-use.\n\nT&\;C’s of booking -\n\n All bookings are non-refundable and cannot be transferre d to another date.
