Price includes a FREE EYE MASK for total relaxation!\n\n\n\nWHAT TO EX PECT: We’ll spend around 20 mins at the start “arriving” with breath work and gentle movement to release tension and ensure you are as comforta ble as possible for the Sound Bath. You’ll spend around 45 mins lying do wn (or seated if you wish) for the Sound Bath - soaking up the soothing so unds.
