What is Massage Therapy and how can it help me?
Massage Therapy is an ancient remedy combining human touch by manipulating the muscles and body tissues, using my own blends of nourishing of oils and provides soothing comfort and relief to your busy body and manic mind. There are many benefits including deep relaxation, stress reduction, increased energy, improved muscle and skin tone, better muscle and joint flexibility, improved digestion, sleep, general circulation and softer skin.
Join me at my calm and comfortable treatment space in the heart of Cork City where I’m based most weekdays. I have a professional massage table, soothing music, candles, supportive cushions and soft towels. The first treatment will include a detailed consultation to establish your needs and then you can enjoy time dedicated purely to you, your health and wellbeing. In my experience as a Massage Therapist, I passionately believe that human touch was never meant to be a luxury. It’s a basic and important human need and an action that validates life and brings hope and healing to both the receiver and the giver as well as providing healing and so many other benefits to the body and mind.

- Ear Candling (30 mins) – Good for headaches, sinusitis and migraines. Very relaxing especially when combined with Indian Head Massage.
- Body Brushing (30 mins) – Good for reducing the appearance of cellulite, brightening and softening the skin and aiding the lymphatic system.
